Privacy Policy

Long Look is built around manual entry and minimal data collection. It does not connect to bank accounts, use Plaid, import bank transactions, or sync transaction feeds.
Information collected
We collect account information needed to run the service, including email address, first name, authentication/session information, and email verification status. We also store the planning information you enter, including pay schedules, expected and actual income, recurring items, debts, pay period items, and paid/unpaid status.
AI chat
If AI Chat is enabled and used, Long Look stores conversations and may send your message plus relevant Long Look context to the configured AI provider so it can generate a response. Usage records store provider/model/date/token counts when available, not message content.
Billing
Billing is handled by Polar. Long Look stores billing status and billing identifiers needed to determine account access. Long Look does not store full payment card numbers.
Your controls
You can export your Long Look data, delete individual chat conversations where available, and delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes app data and sign-in, with limited records retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.

Long Look is a cash-flow planner provided by 33marks LLC. It helps you plan pay periods, recurring items, debts, and related notes you enter manually.
Planning, not advice
Long Look is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or credit advice. You are responsible for reviewing your plan and deciding what actions to take.
Accounts and data
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You keep ownership of your data and give 33marks LLC permission to process it as needed to provide, secure, operate, and support Long Look.
AI chat
AI responses can be useful, but they may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use AI Chat for emergency, legal, tax, investment, credit, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use Long Look, including AI Chat, to break the law or violate another person’s rights; access or attempt to access another person’s account or data without authorization; bypass or attempt to bypass security controls, service limits, or AI safeguards; upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code; scrape, crawl, make bulk or automated requests to, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service without authorization; or otherwise harm or create material risk for Long Look, 33marks LLC, its customers, users, or service providers.
AI prompts and output
These acceptable-use requirements apply both to content you submit to AI Chat, including prompts and supplied context, and to how you use, publish, distribute, or otherwise handle generated output. You are responsible for reviewing generated output and ensuring that your use of it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe that an account has materially or repeatedly violated these Terms, 33marks LLC may take proportionate action, including a warning, throttling or rate limiting, temporary restriction of features or account access, suspension, or termination. The action taken may depend on the nature, severity, and recurrence of the misuse. Enforcement is subject to applicable law and human review where appropriate. Serious misuse may require immediate restriction or suspension without a prior warning.
Reporting suspected misuse
Customers and third parties can report suspected misuse, attempted unauthorized access, security bypass activity, malicious code, automated abuse, or harmful use of AI Chat to the 33marks support inbox at support@33marks.com. Include enough information for us to understand the report, but do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Monitoring boundary
Long Look does not promise comprehensive proactive monitoring, automatic content or abuse detection, guaranteed detection or prevention of misuse, or continuous human review of all prompts or outputs. When investigating a report or apparent violation, 33marks LLC may review information reasonably available to it and take action consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
Service availability
33marks LLC may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Long Look. The service is provided as is and as available, to the extent allowed by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Long Look includes a 14-day no-card trial so you can evaluate the service before starting a paid subscription.
Monthly charges
Long Look is billed monthly through Polar. Because Long Look includes a no-card trial before payment, monthly charges are generally not refundable after payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the billing controls in Long Look. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. After cancellation, access continues through the end of the current paid monthly period unless the account is deleted or access ends under the Terms of Service.
Exceptions
33marks LLC may approve a refund when required by law or when an exception is appropriate, such as a duplicate charge, billing error, or support-approved exception.
Account deletion
Deleting your account is different from canceling your subscription. If you want to use the rest of a paid month, cancel billing first and delete your account later.

Security Overview

Long Look keeps its data surface intentionally narrow and routes app data through authenticated backend services.
Minimal sensitive data
Long Look does not ask for bank login credentials, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, full legal names, dates of birth, phone numbers, or home addresses in the core app.
Access controls
App access is authenticated, user data is scoped to the owning account, and account export/delete controls live in Settings.
No perfect guarantee
No internet service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account or data may be at risk, contact support.
